About Daniel J. Snooks
Daniel J. Snooks, a native of Beaumont, Texas, is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American, Texas, and Houston Bar Associations.

Mr. Snooks, after being discharged from the United States Army Air Defense and receiving the Army Commendation Medal for Service, became an Assistant County Attorney in El Paso where he handled civil matters for the County and prosecuted in the County Courts. He opened his office for the private practice of law in 1968 in El Paso. Mr. Snooks retruned to the Houston-Pasadena area to practice law in 1978 with the late Attorney, Thomas F. Lay.

Mr. Snooks maintains a private practice of law concentrating in real estate, Wills, trusts and probate, as well as municipal and education law. He served as the Attorney for the City of Webster, and is local counsel for San Jacinto Community College District. Mr. Snooks is a former President of the Pasadena-South Rotary Club, a current member of the Pasadena Rotary Club, and a former member of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army-Southeast Divison. He is married to Margaret Konz Snooks, PhD and former faculty member of University of Houston-Clear Lake. They have three daughters, Emily, Holly, and Bridget. The Snooks are members of St. Bernadette's Catholic Church.
